Shipping and delivery

Order processing and dispatch times

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days. The standard delivery time is 10-15 working days. Please understand that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Consignment monitoring

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can track the current status of your shipment via the corresponding tracking website.

We ask for your patience: the tracking data will only be visible on the website 3-7 days after dispatch.

Order modifications and cancellations

You can easily cancel your order or change the delivery address before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, it is unfortunately no longer possible to process refunds or address changes.

Customs clearance and customs clearance

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for the countries and regions listed below. With this shipping method, you do not have to pay customs clearance or customs duties. (Please note that this does not apply to all destinations - the actual conditions are decisive)

Available DDP destinations:

  • USA: Delivery via UPS (except Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Australia: Delivery via Australia Post
  • United Kingdom: Delivery via DPD Express (local)
  • Europe: Delivery via DHL Express / DPD Express

Restrictions: DDP is not available in countries with particularly strict customs regulations: Denmark, Australia, Norway, Switzerland

Additional costs and extended delivery times may apply for remote areas. We will do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
