What payment methods are available to me? We accept various payment options such as credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL and SEPA transfers. All available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Why was my payment rejected? Payment failures can have various causes, such as incorrect credit card details, insufficient funds or problems with the payment provider. Please check that your payment details are correct or contact your payment provider.
How do I receive an invoice? You can request an invoice during the payment process, which we will then send you by e-mail.
Do you offer a cash on delivery service? We do not offer a cash on delivery option. All orders must be paid via our available online payment methods.
Can I use discount codes or gift cards? Promotional codes and gift cards can be redeemed at checkout to receive corresponding discounts.
Is my payment secure? We utilise several security measures to protect your payments, including encryption technology and PCI compliant payment processing.
How do I receive an order confirmation after payment? After successful payment processing, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all the details of your purchase.
How does the refund process work? For refunds, please contact our customer service with your order details. We process refund requests according to our guidelines.
How can I view my previous orders? To view payment information and order status of past purchases, log in to your account and navigate to "My Account", where you will find all relevant information under "Order History".
Shipping
What shipping conditions apply? Countries to which we ship using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method - you do not have to clear customs and there are no customs duties for you:
- USA - UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
- Great Britain - Local DPD Express
- Europe - UPS Express/DPD Express/DHL Express
European countries for DDP method: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.
Shipments to European countries (except Great Britain) are cleared in Germany and dispatched from Germany.

Other countries For countries not listed, you must clear customs yourself and pay duties when your parcel arrives at customs. Please enquire with your local customs office about the applicable taxes.
Your customs may require you to obtain a business licence (if applicable).
How are the shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are usually calculated based on item weight, destination and selected shipping method. These costs are displayed at checkout.
What should I do if my parcel does not arrive or is delayed? If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the problem and help you find a solution.
How can I track my order status? To track your order, simply log in to your account and go to the "Order History" section. We will also send you tracking information by email.
Do I have to pay customs duties? Currently not required, except for Canada and Denmark.
What delivery time can I expect? Depending on the product, items remain in our warehouse for 1-5 days, the delivery time is 7-15 days.

How can I create a secure password? A secure password combines letters, numbers and special characters and avoids easily guessable information such as dates of birth. Regular password updates also increase security.
How can I check the authenticity of the website? To check the authenticity of the website, compare the URL with the official address and check the presence of an SSL certificate that confirms the security of the site.
Where can I report suspicious activity? If you suspect unusual activity or have safety concerns, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the incident and take appropriate action.
Are there anti-phishing measures? We have implemented anti-phishing precautions to prevent fraudulent activity from fake websites and emails.
Returns
How can I make changes to items I have already ordered? You can change your order until 23:00 (PDT -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at swankneris98@gmail.com to request changes.
How can I return a product? We offer a 15-day return policy that allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
For a return authorisation, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at swankneris98@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
